Despite being the most expensive mode of transportation, rideshare is the preferred method of transportation because the passenger can rely on it and it is the quickest way to get to where they need to be and they "cannot be late" or "cannot afford to miss my kids getting off of the bus." Star would like to create a fleet of cars driven by compassionate individuals who are armed with a list of support services to be able to help passengers who might be in need of those services. Star sees this service being funded by the community, grants, corporation and fellow passengers. Those who can afford to are able to sponsor other passengers. In a quick survey conducted on social media, 42% of those who took the poll said they'd be willing to sponsor a fellow passenger with a monthly fee starting at $20.

A logistics platform designed to optimize freight brokerage to decrease inefficiencies and provide transparency with the support of technology. Why: Weston worked as a freight broker and realized the lack of transparency with the shippers. The service provided by the brokers was over-valued. This technology could decrease inefficiencies due to human error while offering cost savings, and providing additional data insights to help them further improve operations.

The UC NAP faculty and program managers recognize the need to copyright existing resources and formally organize to create a platform to develop a business plan to market and bill for resource sharing, consultative and mentoring services. There is an anesthesia provider shortage in the U.S. and multiple new nurse anesthesia programs are opening annually to help meet this need. However, experienced faculty is scant to support these new programs. The UC NAP was an early adopter of doctoral education in 2016 and has developed various curriculum, clinical training, scholarly project and administrative processes and resources to facilitate programmatic success and support faculty and students.

The proposed solution uses E.coli Nissle, a probiotic, engineered to produce microbial anti-inflammatory molecule (MAM), a molecule known for its anti-inflammatory properties. When taken orally, these friendly bacteria can settle in the gut and continuously produce MAM, helping to reduce inflammation both in the gut and the heart. This approach aims to provide immediate and sustained relief, giving patients valuable time before they can get to the hospital for further treatment. This innovative treatment is designed to be easy for patients to use, potentially reducing the need for frequent medication and lowering the cost of treatment.
